Iceland — a land often called a paradise for landscape photographers.
Glaciers break into icebergs, icebergs into diamonds scattered on black sand.

Carried from Greenland on melting ice, starving.
It wandered too close to a remote home.
And so, it was put down
From glacier to diamond, beauty is born from loss.
Is this paradise called Iceland truly a paradise for all?
